Complaints channel<\/strong><\/p>\n

Garnica is fully committed to complying with the law, ethical principles and its internal regulations. To this end, a Complaints Policy has been drawn up with the aim of fostering and guaranteeing a safe and ethical work environment in which employees and third parties can report any behaviour that goes against the law or the company\u2019s ethical principles. The Complaints Policy below lays down the course of action that must be followed when a complaint is received. It ensures the confidentiality and protection of Complainants and Respondents. We endeavour to prevent, to detect and to correct any behaviour that could lead to the commission of a crime or offence.<\/p>\n
